I was charged twice after exiting the parking facility. How do I get a refund?
If you made a reservation, pre-paid and paid again while exiting one of our facilities, take a picture of your receipt you received when you paid at the parking lot then please call us toll-free at 1-800-851-5863. You will have to either fax that receipt 866-231-2093 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The reservation is the agreed charge. The second charge will be refunded.
